Tucker Kimbrough
Tucker Kimbrough is the “Captain” of Patriot Property Investment Group. He currently serves as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Tucker runs Summit Direct Capital, LLC a real estate investment fund as well as Western Red Cedar, LLC which operates a ranch on Flathead Lake, Montana.
He has experience with short-term rentals, single-family homes, and is a passive investor in 63 apartments. Tucker excels at streamlining processes and creative problem-solving. In multifamily real estate, Tucker specializes in capital raising. Currently, Tucker is focused on investing in apartment buildings, mobile home parks, and self-storage units.
Corey Meyer
Corey Meyer, the "Blue Collar" of Patriot Property Investment Group. Corey is a seasoned CEO of Headwaters Hosting Property Management, a company that manages a portfolio of over $10 million in short-term rentals across Montana.
Since 2007, Corey has been calling Southwest Montana home and has developed destination stays all over the western United States. With a background in luxury travel, Corey has curated and guided unique experiences for clients at signature locations worldwide.
Corey's expertise in property management, combined with his passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences, make him an invaluable asset to Patriot Property Investment Group. When he's not hard at work, you can find Corey enjoying the picturesque beauty of Big Sky, Montana, his home since 2011.
Matthew Geis
Matthew Geis, the “analytical chief” of Patriot Property Investment Group, LLC is a seasoned professional with a passion for construction and finance. As the senior underwriter and construction consultant of Patriot Investment Group, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work. With a degree from Auburn University's Building Science program, he has a solid foundation in both construction and finance.
Matthew's background is in construction management, where he worked on building high-rises across the Southeast United States, with a primary focus on Nashville, Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, watching college football, and hitting the slopes at Big Mountain.
Not only is Matthew an experienced developer, but he is also a seasoned home flipper. His diverse skillset and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to any project he undertakes.
Spencer Thomas
Meet Spencer Thomas, also known as "Chief," the seasoned leader of Patriot Property Investment Group. With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Spencer has owned and managed more than $100 million in real estate for the past 17 years and has helped raise over $40 million. He has held senior positions in non-profit and for-profit organizations, including Board President at Windsor Charter Academy and Braselton Urban Redevelopment Committee, and he is the CEO and Founder of PAVE.
Spencer graduated from BYU-I with a BS in Business Management and earned an MBA in Business Analytics from Brenau University. His extensive knowledge and skills have contributed to his success in the industry, making him a valuable asset to any team.
